WELCOME
Welcome to our new SCA View website and occasional newsletter about the Sun City Anthem Community Association. The Association, a self-managed, 13,000 member HOA located in the southern foothills of Henderson, NV, manages three recreation centers, a $20M+ budget, operates SCA TV on Cox channel 1960, publishes the monthly 70-page Spirit magazine, and promotes active resident involvement in the almost 100 clubs, interest groups, service organizations, and Board committees.
Here and from our occasional newsletters, serving the community for the past 16 years, you may glean information about the Association, from the routine announcements to enlightened accomplishments, including, sadly, episodes of serious wrongdoing by members of the Board of Directors. Those episodes occurred from 2007, which was when Pulte ceased to have a seat on the Board, thereby relinquishing the developer's control over management of the Association.
